It’s been a great and glorious adventure, and Frances and I head back to Chicago tomorrow, with deep gratitude for the beautiful people and places we have seen. It’s been grace filled.
And just because the Italians knew we were missing Chicago, it snowed.

Yikes, pretty — but enough already. Good news is that Spring has sprung in the States. Even though that’s translating into mostly rain here today in New York City.
And for us not so spiritually inclined, a dreaded feeling that we will pay for this glimpse of seasonal bliss later in the month.
But alas, all is good knowing that you and Frances are headed back to native soil. Thanks for including us in your travels. Believe it or not, it made the grind for us mere mortals in America is little brighter.
